La Mia Matera - excellent, exquisite design, amazing views, treated like home, helpful hosts.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The views from the main bedrooms are breathtaking, overlooking the stunning Murgia Materana Regional Park. the hosts provide excellent recommendations for restaurants, snack bars, and even a hairdresser's. the property is beautifully refurbished with a modern design and is conveniently located for visiting the nearby Sassi. the breakfast provided is generous and the rooms are well-equipped, warm, and have plenty of hot water.

The kitchen might be a little better equipped with items such as microwaves, more pans, and kitchen knives.

I got great value for my money at Lamia Matera 11. The room was fantastic - spacious, elegant, and super clean. The location was perfect, with lovely views and close to all the attractions. The staff treated me like royalty, always available and helpful.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Lamia Matera 11, located within the historic cave house area. Eustachio and Benedette were amazing hosts, offering warm southern Italian hospitality and providing great tips for exploring. The modern amenities and elegant design of the house were impressive, and the views from the property were stunning. The perfect 10 score is well-deserved!

lamia matera 11 villa exceeded our previous stay in matera. the hosts were kind and thoughtful, giving us a tour and showing us how everything worked. the stunning apartment was spacious and comfortable, with spectacular views and a perfect location for exploring. we wished we could have stayed longer!

No outside space available for relaxing.

We had an very nice stay at Lamia Matera 11! The apartment was even better than we imagined, with amazing views of the canyon right from our bedroom windows. The hosts were so kind and cute, guiding us to the door and showing us everything in the apartment. We reminded me of they cared about every detail to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, great to easily explore the old town. Matera itself is a gem, and staying at this apartment made our visit beyond perfect. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! I highly recommend Lamia Matera 11 for an lovely experience in Matera.

What an exceptional stay in the beautiful city! the location couldn't be better, right at the entrance of the old town. No need to climb any stairs with your luggage! the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us secure a parking spot nearby. the house itself was stunning, with a high level of design and modern comfort. the assortment of local pastries left for us was a thoughtful touch.

That the three bedrooms were on different floors, which could be a bit inconvenient if traveling with young kids.

Wonderful hosts, charming apartment with modern facilities, good WiFi, nice breakfast, free fruits and beverages, free parking. Walking distance to main sites and good restaurants.

Lamia Matera 11 exceeded our expectations. The room was fantastic, with beautiful design and all the comforts we needed. The location was perfect, not too far from the Sassi area and with nearby parking. The staff treated us amazingly, making us feel right at home and going above and beyond to help us during a snowstorm.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.
